Do I need to bring anything?
No. We’ll provide fresh towels, sheets and a kimono. And don’t worry about shampoo,
shower gel, a comb and a hairdryer. You don’t have to think about anything. Hygiene isself-evident. Just make sure that you bring time, openness and the correct amount of money in cash.


Do I need any prior experience for the massage?
Since our massages aim to give our customers complete relaxation for 1,5-2 hours it is not necessary to have any particular experience in tantra. Leave the knowledge and experience to our well-trained, sensitive and responsible masseuses who will confidently guide you through this journey.


Who will give you the massage?
We work in a small team of young and "young-at-heart" women (most of us are in our
mid-twenties to early-thirties).
Each of us has an extensive background in various massage techniques and Tantra.
Furthermore, there is a lively exchange of newly learned techniques and up-dated
knowledge in our team.
Every member of our team has enough elbow room to follow her own intuition and to
respond to a receiver's special needs. The givers have different personalities and
therefore different massage styles, so each individual woman also creates a different
"feel" and atmosphere while giving the massage. It is worth experiencing all of these
different possibilities. If it feels particularly good with one woman, please remember her name and you can make your appointment with her for next time. “Choosing” a woman on arrival is not possible.


Time and structure of the massage:
You will be given a Kimono to wear, which will be carefully removed during the course of the massage ritual. The main part of the massage will take place in natural nudity, which will enable you to feel even the most tender of touches.
The only goal of our 1.5 - 2 h Tantra massage is a sense of well-being for the receiver. Using various massage techniques, we touch, stroke and give massage treatment to the entire body. The energy flow is stimulated, senses open up, the body increases its sensitivity, becomes deeply relaxed and at the same time wide-awake. In addition to established techniques and a considered structure of methods, every massage giver is allowed the elbow-room to follow her own creativity; sometimes she will stroke her hair over the receiver’s skin, sometimes she will do so with a feather, a coat or a silk scarf.
According to our Tantric ideals, we touch the receiver’s entire body, including especially sensitive, intimate areas. Perceptions of sensuality and lust a located here, and these perceptions are an important source of the joy of life.
For our Tantra massage we use natural massage oils as well as essential oils, which have a very pleasant smell and possess healing qualities. In the background we play peaceful music, which will help you to relax and to forget all of your worries. The selection of oil and music can be agreed upon with the giver.
Words, photos and pictures can just reflect a small impression of what is like to receive a Tantra massage. One must simply experience it!


What is special about a 2-hour AnandaWave massage?
All massages at AnandaWave include the genital parts (as much as you want).
During a 2-hour AnandaWave massage you have the chance to combine an extensive
whole-body massage with an intensive genital massage after Joe Kramer and Annie
Sprinkle (i.e. yoni or lingam massage). The goal of using old Chinese Tao techniques
during this effective genital massage is to let the sexual energy flow through your entire body to vitalise you and strengthen your health for everyday life. You can also experiment with a Tantra breathing and energy exercise “Big Draw“.

Will there be any sexual exchange during the massage?
To avoid misunderstandings, we place emphasis on the fact that our services are
massage services only - they do not include sexual services. Our guests only play a
passive role. On the other hand, we are aware that our massage is a sensual and erotic experience, and that life energy is strongly connected to sexual energies.
During resting time, the Chi-energy is bounded in the sex-chacra, the massage stimulates this energy, bundles it and distributes it throughout the body.

I feel overweight and unattractive. Can I have a massage?
Yes, please. In a person we only see his / her beauty and character and we also touch the soul, not just the body. This massage is certain to give you a comfortable feeling in your body and also more self-confidence. It’ll make it easier for you to feel beautiful and be beautiful.


I have problems with my erection. Can I still enjoy a massage?
For the lingam massage (genital healing massage after Joe Kramer) it is unnecessary to have an on-going erection. Often a 3/4 erection is more comfortable and lustful for many men.


I suffer from early ejaculation (ejaculatio praecox). Can your massage help?
Since early ejaculation is mostly not a function defect but rather a wrong way of
experience, one can approach it on this experiencing level. Often it is only a matter of practice to control ejaculation. A neutral room can help, as well as women who know how to deal with it. Both can be found at AnandaWave .


I have never had an orgasm as a woman. Can a yoni massage help?
Often problems with orgasms have something to do with expectation, control, fears or the inability to let go, which makes it hard to allow sexual feelings or even be aware of them.
During a yoni massage you will have at least 1,5 hours, just for yourself and your sexual feelings, without being in a sexual relationship with the giving person. This creates space.
Observing what is really happening, not what is supposed to happen – this is what
an orgasm is.
Also a yoni massage carefully releases old wounds and makes room for new experiences.
Whether or not you have an orgasm during a yoni massage – it’ll surely start a new journey into your femininity.


What is a G-spot and how can I find it?
The G-spot is named after its discoverer, the German doctor Gräfenberg. We prefer to call it goddess spot. It is located in the vagina behind the pubic bone, in the area of the front wall of the pubic channel. The feature of the G-spot is that the tissue
at this place feels ribbed or hard while the rest of the pubic wall is smooth. The goddess spot makes it possible for women to experience their sexuality and their orgasms more intensively and extensively, so it is an important spot for female sexuality. It is an area, which needs to be discovered by women. It does not evoke reactions immediately like a clitoris. There is also a nerve link between the goddess spot and the bladder. The stimulation of this spot creates the false impression that woman needs to urinate. The G-spot is surrounded by spongy tissue, called bartholin gland. Here fluid can pass during an orgasm, which is similar to prostate fluid („female ejaculation“).

Does it make sense to give a yoni massage as a present when the woman
tends to have a problematic sexuality?
For the yoni massage it is particularly important that the woman is in a trustworthy and secure place, especially if she has a wounded sexuality. If she has never been to
AnandaWave, she may lack this security and therefore I would recommend giving her a normal “sensuous massage“, for example, our AnandaWave massage classic. Here the yoni is also included and massaged, but it is not the focus point.
Of course, there are also women who don’t mind at all to plunge into this adventure but I would clear that in a conversation beforehand. Please don’t make any spontaneous “surprises“ where a woman is standing in front of our door and doesn’t know what to expect. For many, this may be too overwhelming. It is no problem to give out a gift certificate for a yoni massage and then use it for a different kind of massage.


What is special about a couple massage?
The couple massage is special because both can plunge into a sensuous experience at the same time, which was given as a present to each other beforehand. This creates a special place and the couple can exchange their experiences afterwards, and maybe even include parts into their love life. Many couples give this experience to each other for their wedding anniversary.


Is it better for a couple to be massaged in one or separate rooms?
If you are massaged in separate rooms you experience something wonderful at the same time, without distracting each other.
A massage in the same room is started with a small ritual together. The massage itself is the same. At the end you’ll have time to relax together. You can exchange thoughts and experiences and enrich your love life at home.


The sexuality in our relationship is not satisfactory. Will the massage give
more vitality and creativity to our love life?

What is tantra?
In Western civilization we find a multitude of different meanings for the words. “Tantra“ and “Tantrism“, evoking a wide range of associations. The integration of spirituality and sensuality is central to our definition of this term and to our way of practising Tantrism.
Tantra is a life philosophy that respects all life forms, including the sexual side of human nature. The body is the temple of the soul, and sexual energy is the strongest and most original source of the joy of life and powers that we possess. We understand sexual energy as one of the many aspects of being human. Our work is based on the understanding of the basic integrity of body, feelings, mind and soul.
